Is it easy to create my website online?
Very easy. Just select a template, tell us what you want to change on it and we will get the work done in a very short time.
I know what I want already. Why should I start from a template?
Templates save cost - big time. However, if you still want a fully customised solution, we offer this service too, and the cost is still very reasonable.
What do you mean by a customisation?
You can ask for any changes in design and the addition of any feature. For example you can change color scheme, any static image like your logo and photos of your products. You can add a user registration feature or integrate e-commerce features.
What coding or other technical skills do I need at my end to set up a new website bought from you?
Many clients have none at all, but it is helpful if you do at least know how a website works, what a web host does, and so on, even if you do not expect ever to write a line of code personally. This is the big advantage of buying from WDS. For all but the simplest sites, you can communicate by email with our friendly staff will talk to you in plain English.
How will you collect my requirements and how will you deliver my work?

After we shall complete your work, we offer two methods to show your changed design: a) You give us your website’s FTP account and password. We shall upload the changes to show you. b) Or we shall create a temporary sub domain for you on our server (yourprojectid.website-developer-service.com ) and you can access it and see your work.
Will you deliver the source files also?
Yes. We deliver everything related to your website.
How can you produce such high quality sites for such a low price?
We use a modular system, the basis of which is our large library of sites for most industries. For example, if you want a real estate site, you can choose one from us with the features you want. Yet if you want added features, we can write them for you.
How long does it take you to complete an average website?
An average time would be seven days. It may be less. However, that assumes that you are able to supply your text and images with no delay. If you want us to insert many pages of text, then the additional work would take some days.
Can I ask for re-work if I don't like some aspect of my new website?
Of course, we will do our best to accommodate you in any event. But if you make changes to your original instructions, we may charge for additional work at an hourly rate.

What problems will arise if I want to use a third party to work on a website supplied by you?

How do you price subsequent work? I do not want to find I am locked into you at high prices.

Who owns the copyright of a site I buy from you?
Like all website writers, our terms of business grant to you a license to use our coding work, and to change and edit it as much as you like. But you may not re-sell it or use components from it in other sites without our consent. For our part we may not license your site to some other customer, although the modular construction form does mean that almost all sites have some common features.
Tell me exactly what skills I need to set up a site from you. What help and support do you give?
We provide complete help and support in setting up your new website. You do not need to be technically expert. If yo give us access to your server, we can even set up your new website for you.

Yes of course. But we do advise you to instruct your GD precisely. We shall charge you for any extra time which we spend and no doubt he will bill you too.

Yes. We are associated with a service called Sales-Stats which provides visitor traffic and sales statistics. In particular, they can provide return on cost for your Google Adwords adverts. The information provided could pay for itself many times over in even a year. As a WDS client, we have arranged a special discount of 20% for a one year payment.
If I have a specially written website, what contact can I have with the coder doing my work?
You will communicate by email only with one of our client-friendly managers, each of whom is responsible for a clutch of our clients.
